Crystalline Equine hosts private wellness days for companies beside its horses in Al Ruwaiyah, about 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai. Each day is designed to reduce stress, restore mental clarity, strengthen leadership resilience and elevate team connection, focus and performance. Choose The Corporate Reset, 2.5 hours for up to 12 guests, or The Team Connection Experience, 4 hours for up to 15. Everything is on the ground, nobody rides, and no experience is needed.

A half day that goes further: yoga beside the horses, time with Atoll, a Horse Reiki circle, a pause for tea, then candlelit sound healing and a bonfire circle to close.
What is included
Both packages are private to your company. Coffee, tea and refreshments are included, and so are professional photographs of the day. Mats and equipment are provided. Guests wear athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes, and every participant signs a waiver before the day.
A wellbeing day, not a competition
There are no tasks to win and no scores. The horses set a slower pace, and the day is built around movement, rest and conversation. It works as a reset after a demanding season, a thank you to a team, or an offsite that is not another meeting room.
