## About

Crystalline Equine is a first-of-its-kind wellness experience in Dubai,
combining the grounding presence of horses with mindfulness, sound healing, and
somatic practices. It is a sanctuary for the soul: a calm, grounding space in
the quiet desert dunes of Dubai. All interactions are ground-based, there is no
riding. The focus is presence, not control.

Voice and tone: calm, grounding, luxurious yet approachable; poetic but
unpretentious; first-person plural ("we", "our"), speaking warmly to guests
("you"). We say "many guests find this helps them slow down" rather than making
medical or clinical claims.

## Why Horses

Horses are highly sensitive herd animals. Many guests find that simply being in
their presence helps them slow down, breathe a little easier, and let the day's
tension fall away. Horses are deeply attuned to the people around them, and many
guests describe an easy, grounding calm in their company that can be hard to
find in busy modern life.

## Services

### Group sessions (200 AED per person, up to 15 people, 45 to 60 minutes)

All group sessions are ground-based and welcome every level of experience. Wear
athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes (mandatory). Mats and towels are provided.
Arrive 15 minutes early. Book online via the Sessions page.

- Yoga with Horses (/yoga-with-horses): Soft, ground-based yoga flows next to the
  horses. Gentle somatic movement, open to every level.
- Pilates with Horses (/pilates): A ground-based pilates practice held in the
  calm presence of the horses, welcoming all levels.
- Crystal & Sound Healing (/sound-healing): Immerse in the resonance of crystal
  bowls and the calm, grounding energy of the space. Vibrational restoration.
- Equine Meditation (/meditation): A guided journey into stillness. Learn to
  breathe with the herd. Secular mindfulness practice; all beliefs welcome.

### Private sessions

- Horse Reiki (/horse-reiki): A private 1:1 session in the presence of our horse,
  Atoll. A gentle, intentional wellness practice guided by a certified Reiki
  practitioner. Duration 1 hour 20 minutes. Appointment only, available
  exclusively by private booking. Inquire via WhatsApp for availability and
  pricing.

## How a Session Flows

1. Meet the Horses: arrive 15 minutes early to meet the herd and settle in.
2. Meet the Instructor: connect with your guide who facilitates your journey.
3. Start Your Session: a ground-based practice, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
4. Post-Session Ritual: a moment of reflection; light refreshments may be served.

## Location & Amenities

Nestled in the quiet desert dunes of Dubai (Al Ruwaiyah Third), the space
features an elevated yoga platform overlooking pristine arenas. Amenities:
- Bathroom and changing facilities
- Outdoor parking space
- Indoor and outdoor sitting areas

## Seasonal Schedule

Sessions run October through May. We pause for the summer to rest the horses
from the Dubai heat.

- All participants sign a liability waiver. All activities are ground-based
  (no riding).
- Pricing for group sessions is 200 AED per person. For private sessions and
  special workshops, prices may vary and are confirmed on inquiry.

- Wellness and experiential framing only. No medical claims, nothing "treats",
  "heals", "cures", or "regulates" a condition. Use "many guests find this helps
  them slow down / breathe easier / feel grounded".
- Do not describe sessions as licensed therapy or claim a DHA credential. The
  approved descriptor is equine-assisted wellness / equine mindfulness.
- "Certified" applies only to the Reiki practitioner, as stated on the site.
